"Apple" means Apple Inc., the manufacturer of Apple Products
“Verdura” means Verdura Rewards Limited is acting as a credit broker and not a lender and only introduces customers to etika Finance UK Limited."
"Lender" means etika Finance UK Ltd (trading under the name etika), registered in England and Wales (registered office: No.1 Spinningfields, Quay Street, Manchester, M3 3JE) under company no. 07440512 and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference no: 697658). The Lender is the exclusive lender for the 14.9% consumer credit agreement.
"fibodo", "we" or "our" means fibodo Ltd registered in England and Wales (Reg No. 08904097) whose registered address is 5th Floor, Victory House, 99-101 Regent Street, London W1B 4EZ, UK
fibodo is the provider of the fibodo Apple Coach Offer, for fibodo subscribers & members subject to meeting the qualifying criteria. fibodo is an introducer to Verdura Rewards Limited who acts as a credit broker, not a lender and only introduces to etika and offer products from etika. Verdura Rewards is a company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under registration number 918168. Verdura Rewards Limited is a UK registered company, Registration Number 10952722 with registered offices at 12a Queen Anne’s Place. Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 2PT.
The Lender may provide credit to enable you to buy the Apple Products. You need to agree to a 24 month online consumer credit agreement of 14.9% APR with the Lender ("Credit Agreement"). You will be responsible for the agreed monthly payment as stipulated and signed within the Credit Agreement.
You may be able to purchase Apple Products on this website and finance your purchase as above if you meet the qualifying criteria of fibodo’s Apple Coach Offer at point of sale.
The ongoing qualifying criteria that is required to be met to benefit from fibodo’s Apple Coach Offer is separate to the Credit Agreement with the Lender. Please note that you remain fully liable to pay the interest on the Credit Agreement.
Please note that the Lender has separate eligibility, affordability and credit history criteria to consider prior to accepting your application for finance. Further information is contained below.
What is the offer?
We offer to subscribers of fibodo the chance to purchase Apple products on this site. fibodo will refund your interest payments on a monthly basis if you meet the ongoing qualifying criteria under the Apple Coach Offers Scheme.
We will refund all of the interest in these scenarios for eligible subscribers:
One purchase up to £500, with products of your choice.
Purchase can be one product of up to £500 or multiple products up to a total of £500
You can purchase any product on the site, make a initial deposit, leaving the balance to pay on the consumer credit agreement as a max £500 subject to the Lender terms.
e.g. You want to purchase an iPhone as part of the fibodo Apple coach offer, the price is £699. You can pay a deposit of £199 and the remainder is paid for via a consumer credit Agreement.
We will refund part of the interest for eligible subscribers if the total credit Agreement value is over £500.
The monthly interest refunded to you will be calculated as the interest related to a £500 credit Agreement
You can purchase items to e.g. £1,000, and at the end of the month, fibodo will calculate the interest that you paid on £500 and return that to you.
You will apply for a consumer credit agreement with the Lender and make payments as normal subject to the lender terms.
At the end of the first month, and each month thereafter fibodo will credit the interest that you have paid subject to the terms above, if you meet the ongoing qualifying criteria under fibodo’s Apple Coach Offers Scheme.
For avoidance of doubt, the interest paid will be based upon the amount indicated on your Credit Agreement you sign at outset. This can be viewed via your etika online payment schedule.
fibodo will continue to refund the stated interest payments for eligible fibodo subscribers for the duration of the 24 month Credit Agreement provided that You remain a fibodo subscriber during this period.
Who qualifies for the Apple Coach Offer Scheme?
You may qualify for the Apple Coach Offers at point of sale if you have one of the following fibodo subscriptions (each a "Plan"):
fibodo Pro Plus
You will qualify on an ongoing basis if your subscription is active each month with at least 5 bookings per month or an equivalent number of reviews and ratings.
Members of the public do not qualify for any coach offer on the site.
Eligibility for this offer is subject to financial circumstances and status. You must be 18 or over and you will need to pass a credit check and make an upfront payment deposit payment.
You can purchase one bundle per Pro and Pro Plus plan per year provided that the balance has been paid off. You may only have one active credit agreement linked to your fibodo subscription at any time.
Example: You purchase an Apple iPhone via a fibodo Apple Coach Offer and make the payments through the year, later you find a bundle that you love and want to buy it. You’ll need to clear the balance first on the Apple Coach Product, and once that is cleared, buy the new Apple Coach Bundle. If in doubt contact email@example.com
Your email address that is linked to your fibodo subscription is the link between your credit agreement and your fibodo account so you must use the same email address when you purchase products or bundles, otherwise it is not possible to link your active fibodo subscription to your credit agreement; this means that the interest will not be refunded and you will be still be charged interest in full as per your Credit Agreement.
You are not permitted to transfer your fibodo Apple Coach Benefit to another fibodo subscriber.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your Apple Coach benefits if:
Data is misrepresented in the fibodo platform in any way so that you benefit; or
you have provided false or misleading identity information to Verdura/Apple or etika.
If you cancel, lapse or downgrade to an unsupported subscription level (plan) before you make your final payment:
we will no longer make any payments to you to refund the interest,
we will not reinstate our interest refund payments, even if you are eligible again at a later date;
your Credit Agreement with the Lender will continue under the terms of that agreement.
You will need to pass a credit check and pay a deposit. The deposit amount varies between offers and will be indicated on the product bundle page and/or in the checkout process.
You need to agree to a 24 month online consumer credit agreement of 14.9% APR with the Lender ("Credit Agreement").
You must complete and enter into the Credit Agreement for yourself, not on behalf of anybody else. You must use your own bank account details.
You will set up a variable Direct Debit for 24 months and make the payments.
If you are unable to make payments, the Lender reserves the right to cancel your Credit Agreement.
Default of payment terms under the Credit Agreement may result in serious consequences. Late or missed payments may be reported to Credit Reference Agencies and a default registered on your credit file.
If you are unable to make your payments to etika or have already missed a payment, it is important you contact etika as soon as possible.

Your Credit Agreement with the Lender lasts until your final payment date, even if you pay off your loan early.

If you change your mind, you can cancel up to 14 days after the day of delivery (the “cooling off period”).
If you don’t want your products any more, you can return them within the terms and conditions show here, https://fibodo.digitalhealthpartners.co.uk/about/sales-refunds and make the return by login into your account and following the instructions there.
To qualify for the 14 day cooling off period, the products need to be unopened and unused as per the terms detailed above.
If you want to cancel your credit agreement with etika you will need to contact them directly and arrange an alternative method of payment.
If you cancel within the cooling off period, we will refund you your initial deposit.
Cancellation of a direct debit does not cancel the finance agreement; an alternative method of payment must be arranged. Failure to notify etika of cancelling your direct debit will constitute a breach of these Terms and you will then be liable to pay the outstanding balance immediately.

Then, when you receive your Apple Products, you’ll need to: download the "fibodo for Business" app onto your iPhone.
By purchasing the Apple Coach Products from fibodo, you agree to the use of Verdura’s chosen courier and their corresponding terms and conditions.
Apple is not a participant or sponsor of fibodo Apple Coach Offers.
If there is a delay in awarding your fibodo coach benefits fee we will rectify any payments. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org should there be any doubt over the payments made.
